So I got married in Vegas a couple of months ago (yes we wore trainers!). We had a party when we were back and everyone was asking if I was going to make my own wedding cake. Of course. I wanted to make a few different cakes as we couldn’t decide what we wanted. So I made a pink vanilla sponge with lemon buttercream icing and blueberries, chocolate sponge with vanilla buttercream icing and a vegan, gluten free brownie with coconut cream icing and raspberries. We had just done a Whole30 so I didn’t want to go head first into everything I hadn’t eaten for the last month and the Ohsheglows.com brownie is so delicious! The coconut cream was delicious too.
